Sometimes you have to be found.
Danny is a songwriter hiding from the world after an ugly breakup, filling his late mother’s journal with songs he is too afraid to share. Ally is a singer determined to live fully while she waits on test results she would rather not open, and on a father who calls five times a day.
Each of them turns to Craigslist to find someone to make music with. After a parade of shredders, beginners, a supplement salesman, a French classical guitarist and one man who only wanted to buy a couch, two messages finally cross. A recorded song is all it takes to send them to a bench beneath a willow tree in the park.
Find Me is an intimate, funny and tender story about the courage it takes to let someone in, about what we owe the people we love, and about what music keeps of them, even after they are gone.
